The CIPF host the Node Group - 3 (Bioinformatics for Functional Genomics), which is responsible for topics related to the analysis of genomics and ranscriptomics data coming from DNA microarrays and Next Generation Sequencing. This includes the design of experiments, the analysis of the results, and the study of the relation between the genomic context and the expression control.

 

Mission

Our mission consists on providing support to genomic projects and developing general purpose software for the analysis of genomic and transcriptomic data. Contact us for requesting our support for your genomic projects.
